Import Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that import duties and taxes are not included in the order price. International orders may incur customs and import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility. Refusal to pay customs duties upon parcel arrival may result in the order being returned or destroyed, and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays. If your parcel does not arrive within 14 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at services@gemyseshop.com to request a refund. Causes of delivery delays that are beyond our control include customs issues, weather conditions, and incorrect recipient information provided by the buyer.

- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders
- Australia & Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD
- All Other International Countries/Regions: Free standard USPS International Shipping on orders over $150 USD
